Junior Beta

Sponsor: Ms. Godwin and Mrs. DiLeo
Purpose or Mission of Club: To promote the ideals of honesty, service, morality, ethical conduct, and leadership among Camden Middle School students, to reward meritorious achievement, and to encourage and assist students in continuing their education after high school. 
Eligibility: 7th and 8th grade students who maintain a 90% in all academic subjects with continuous exceptional behavior record – by invitation.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

Sponsors: Ms. Simmons

Purpose or Mission of Club: To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches and to present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of church.
Eligibility: 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.

 
 

Builders Club
Sponsors: Mrs. George

Builders Club is a student led organization for Middle School students. The local Kiwanis Club serves as the Builders club sponsor.  Members of this service organization are sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students who are interested in helping to better Camden Middle School and their community.

The objectives of Builders Club are:

  • to provide opportunities for working together, performing service to the school through beautification projects, and to serve the community
  • to develop leadership potential
  • to foster development of a strong moral character
  • to encourage loyalty to school, community, and nation


Lego Robotics

Sponsors: Mr. Sheffield and Mr. Millan
Purpose or Mission of Club: Plan and participate in 3-part competition: Robot Design and Missions, Teamwork, Gracious professionalism, and Projects
Eligibility: 6th, 7th and 8th grade students



Connections Club

Sponsors' Name: Ms. Anueke Kennedy
Purpose or Mission of the Club: The Connections Club raises the awareness of issues facing military students and allows students whose family is military affiliated or active duty to interact with each other.
Activities Planned for 2018-2019 school Year: Bi-Weekly Meetings on Wednesdays before school. Holidays for Heroes toiletry drive, Military Recognition Month in November, Month of the Military Child in April.
Eligibility: Is based on the student having a parent in the military any branch and or retired within the last 6 months.
