Media Center

Media Center "Take a look - Read a book!"

The CMS Media Center is open during the school year for faculty, staff, parents, and students from 7:10 am until 3:40 pm every day.

Students may check out 2 books for 2 weeks at a time. Late fees are $.05 per book per day. Please turn in your books, even if you know they are late. Once you turn the book in, the fine stops accumulating. You will not be allowed to check out another book until the fine is paid. Parents, you can continue to support and encourage your children to read over the holidays and summer by frequenting the Camden County Public Library.

To secure a Camden County Public Library card, each student's parent or legal guardian will need to visit the library. They'll need the completed form and ID which shows their current Georgia address. If their license does not show current address, they can use a picture ID plus any one of the following - personalized checks, rent receipt, utility bill, or postmarked mail. Military ID can be used for the picture, but it may not show current address.

Registration forms can be obtained at the Public Library and at the CMS Media Center. Email copies can be requested from the Public Library at camdenlibrary@gmail.com or from the CMS Media Center - rpeters@camden.k12.ga.us - during the school year.
